Salary: £36,500 pa
Main PurposeAssist the Deputy Operations Manager to deliver seamless service to all areas of the department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organise and deliver successful operation of events, dining rooms and other areas within the C & B department with help from relevant department heads.
Liaise with other key personnel, including marketing, events and sales teams, to deliver service that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Brief the C & B team on all aspects of the business and oversee the running of all events, working lunches and dining.
Meet clients on arrival to confirm event details, and ensure any on‐day changes are communicated to relevant parties.
Manage the C&B Floor Managers and liaise daily on business matters and staff delegation.
Assist in developing the Operations waiting team and floor managers, ensuring adherence to standards set by Operations and Deputy Operations Managers and providing required training—particularly in food and beverage service, per company and site‐specific policies.
Ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are adhered to as outlined in the Searcys Health & Safety Policy.
Submit coherent handovers for events and raise any issues to the relevant head of department.
Complete any other reasonable requests by management.
Demonstrate personal development.
