Job Description: As Head Chef, you will take ownership of a highly creative, ingredient‑led kitchen. Working alongside a Michelin‑starred collaborator, you will help shape and execute a distinctive food offering tailored to a discerning private membership.

Contract: Full Time
Salary: Competitive salary and performance‑based incentives
Opening times: 10:00 - 20:00 Open 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing kitchen brigade
  • Deliver a refined, seasonal, and bespoke menu with precision and consistency
  • Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, presentation, and hygiene
