Searcys are unveiling a spectacular new venue in the heart of Knightsbridge this year, set within one of London’s most prestigious and vibrant destinations, and are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the opening team. This new Knightsbridge location will play a defining role in that vision — establishing a presence and creating a destination that builds brand presence, deepens client engagement, and drives cultural relevance from the moment it opens.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the venue, ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional guest journey. You will set the tone, culture, and standards across all departments.

Contract: Full Time

Salary: Competitive salary and performance‑based incentives

Opening times: 10:00 - 20:00 Open 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front and back‑of‑house operations
