Searcys is looking for a Barista to join the team at Allen & Overy Shearman LLP, a global law firm. Our Barista will be based at the Allen & Overy Shearman LLP location. Searcys is the oldest caterer in London and therefore offers a prestigious place to work and grow for the future.
Job Description:
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
- £30,680 per annum.
- The barista has waiting staff responsibilities and is the face of our business.
- Your friendly approach and willingness to provide fantastic service at all times make you an integral part of our company.
- As part of your role you will be expected to deliver evening bar services on a rota basis.
Responsibilities:
- Drink preparation
- Taking orders and serving food and drink
- Promoting new product
- Dealing with client
- Handling payment
- Assist managers in essential food and drinks preparation
- Stock shelves and ensure the front of the house is appealing and inviting
- Reasonable requests from management
Qualifications:
- Client service experience
- A can-do attitude
- Barista experience would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Reliable and able to work well within a team
