Searcys are looking for a Barista to join the team at Europe's highest free viewing platform, Horizon 22. On the 58th floor, this spectacular venue space offers refreshments to our guests in the daytime and hosts incredible events in the evening. Our Baristas at Horizon 22 will offer the highest standard of service in terms of service, presentation and efficiency. Working within our friendly team, you will be amongst our guests, experiencing the fantastic views of London.

Key Responsibilities:
- To help set up the kiosk and coffee bar, ready for each service
- To help with any clearing and general cleaning duties
- To check and put away any food and beverage after service
- To ensure wastage forms are completed
- To restock the fridge for the next day
- To ensure all labels and prices are correct
- To work on tills and follow the Searcys cash handling procedures
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus. Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is also beneficial.
