Searcys has opened an incredible new venue in one of London's most iconic, historical spaces this year and are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join the team.
As a Bar Supervisor for Searcys you will support the Restaurant Manager in the everyday running of the venue, create stylish signature cocktails, deliver service excellence to our guests and be proud to serve an extensive wine and champagne programme which is curated by our amazing Head of Champagne.
The role will be based in the newly refurbished Sainsburys wing at The National Gallery, and Searcys are proud to be working in collaboration with the World Famous, Michelin starred Chef Georgio Locatelli on this project.

Job Description
The Bar Supervisor will oversee the Bar area, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service, creating and maintaining Drinks and service standards while driving sales through upselling and repeat guests.
Working 5 days over 7
Gallery opening hours are 10-6 excluding Fridays that will be 10-9.
Responsibilities
• You are passionate about food and drinks!
- Manage the overall beverage offer for the restaurant including cocktails, beers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Create and maintain service and operational standards for the bar, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of cocktail lists including new and innovative products and combinations while keeping GP and stock control in mind.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and clients.
- Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service, acting as a ambassador for the brand.
- Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
- Additional duties as assigned or required by the General Manager.
