Searcys is seeking a Back Of House Manager to join their team at The HAC, a unique Grade II listed venue in the City, just minutes from Old Street.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inventory and stock across all venue areas, focusing on stock management, logistics, waste reduction, and cost control.
- Leading compliance and safety initiatives, supporting the Venue General Manager and Executive Chef to uphold health and safety standards.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of all back-of-house catering areas, including stock control, invoice processing, and adherence to health and safety legislation.
- Overseeing cleanliness and organization of kitchens, managing \’Goods In\’, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Carrying out risk assessments and accident investigations, and ensuring staff are briefed on safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP.
- Experience in compliance, food safety, and stock management.
- Ability to work under critical time constraints.
