Company Description

Searcys are looking for an Account Manager to join their internal agency brand, The Collection.

As an Account Manager for The Collection you will act as a conduit between external clients and events venues across London. You will be on hand to find a perfect venue that fits the requirements of the clients needs and offer support and guidance throughout the process. Your role will be to network and build relationships with potential clients, whilst having a incredible knowledge of London venues, so should you have a enquiry you can offer quick and seamless support.

Job Description

As an Account Manager you will be driven by supporting clients with enquiries, matching their needs with the best solution, you will work at pace to ensure a quick and efficient turnaround. You will need to be detail orientated to ensure to give the clients the very best experience so that they come back to The Collection for all their event planning needs.

Job Type Full Time

Salary Competitive with KPI Bonus

  • Deliver personal sales target annually
  • Work to ensure sales objectives are met by the team in a manner that ensures all team members are supported to deliver their personal targets
  • Coach and mentor the team to ensure they maximise all opportunities and maintain excellent client relationships through effective account management
  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales results as requested
  • Brand development as needed to ensure The Collection remains a leading agency
  • Ensuring web content is up-to-date, accurate and evolving.
  • To ensure social media plan is being delivered in accordance with annual plan
  • To proactively, identify, develop and convert revenue from new business leads Work with businesses within the WSH group to grow internal business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event sales within an agency environment
  • A strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional events and client experiences.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of Londons events and hospitality market is an advantage.
