We are working with a well-funded, fast-scaling AI company building a highly ambitious product at enterprise scale. They are now looking to add Senior and Staff-level Python Developers to continue building the product.
What you will be doing:
- Architecting the backbone of revolutionary AI systems
- Creating backend systems that deliver sub-second response times
- Guiding and mentoring an extremely strong team of engineers
- Creating robust, scalable platforms to process commercial claims faster than ever before.
What they are looking for:
- Expert Python skills with proven experience building high performing systems
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally with some insights into distributed systems
- Some systems architecture exposure
- Performance engineering exposure
- Mentoring experience

- Background building AI/ML platforms

Team & environment:
- Small, high-calibre engineering team (~8 engineers)
