Role: Senior Java/Full Stack Developer

Focus: Java (Backend), Angular (Frontend)

Salary: Up to £96K + up to 20% bonus + £4K car allowance

Location: Remote-first (London preferred)

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications used by thousands of finance teams across the globe.

You\’ll work across the full SDLC—from design and architecture to hands-on coding and deployment—while mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical strategy.

You’ll work closely with product managers, tax domain experts, and fellow engineers to ship new features that solve real-world compliance problems with elegant code and smart UX.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of Java development
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD
• Agile development experience (stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.)
• Familiar with automated testing (TDD/BDD)
• Skilled in Git or similar version control systems
• Comfortable with pair programming and cross-functional collaboration.
