SearchWorks Ltd. is hiring a Customer Delivery Manager for London on a hybrid basis. You will own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of key clients, working with customers and internal teams to deliver complex implementations and in-life services, while building senior stakeholder relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales and Product to drive renewals and upsell opportunities, aligning roadmaps with product strategy and ensuring successful project outcomes across Agile and Waterfall.
