Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days/week near Liverpool Street)

Our client is a growing RegTech business that works closely with Tier 1 banks across regulatory reporting, trade lifecycle, and financial markets data challenges. This role sits between business and technology, focusing on regulatory interpretation, data modelling, and client delivery. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with strong exposure to derivatives/swaps, transaction reporting, and financial data structures who enjoys working in client-facing, delivery-focused environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working closely with Tier 1 banks on regulatory reporting and trade lifecycle initiatives
  • Translating regulatory and business requirements into data-driven solutions
  • Analysing trade and reporting data across multiple systems
  • Collaborating with business, compliance, operations, and technology teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within financial services, capital markets, or regulatory reporting
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes and derivatives/swaps
  • Background in Client Services, Regulatory Reporting, Business Analysis, or Data Analysis
  • Exposure to EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, or transaction reporting frameworks
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of data structures and reporting data
  • Knowledge of XML, FpML, JSON, or similar structured data formats
  • Comfortable working across both business and technical teams

Nice to Have

  • SQL, data mapping, or data lineage experience
  • Experience working with Tier 1 banks, consulting firms, or RegTech businesses
  • Client-facing or consulting experience
