Key Responsibilities:

  • Design experiments end-to-end, define hypotheses, determine test structures, set success metrics and ensure methodological rigour.
  • Work closely with the dev squad to ensure clean test implementation and accurate instrumentation.
  • Partner with BI to track KPIs and monitor data trends that feed into product decisions.
  • Analyse test results and produce clear recommendations for the product team and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with user research to feed qualitative insight into quantitative hypotheses.
  • Maintain a clear view of what's running, what's complete, and what's next across the experiment pipeline.

Key Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a product, CRO or growth role at a digital-first company.
  • Hands-on experience designing and running A/B or multivariate tests, not just reporting on them.
  • Solid understanding of experimental design, control groups, sample sizes, statistical significance.
  • Collaborative by default, equally comfortable in a sprint planning session and a design critique.
  • Curious about why users behave the way they do, and motivated to find out.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week based at the client's London office.
