Our client offers award-winning IT consultancy and managed services for Oracle, Microsoft, and Google technologies.

This role is within their Oracle HCM capability, delivering services principally against the Oracle E-Business Suite products.

The successful candidate will perform a hybrid functional/technical role, liaising with customers to deliver functional and technical development solutions to BAU issues and new requirements.

Your Experience and Skills

•An excellent technical capability, to include understanding of the HCM data structures, and the ability to use Oracle development tools for incident/problem analysis and complex change work e.g., PL/SQL, Workflow, XML Publisher, OAF

•A wide functional breadth of Oracle product knowledge within the HCM suite, principally to include Payroll, Core HR and Employee & Manager Self Service, but also to include modules such as OLM, iRecruitment, Advanced Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation Workbench, etc.

•HCM business process including an understanding of current trends and best practice. Someone who can take a business problem and provide a system-based solution.

•Previous experience of working within a support environment, underpinned by ITIL based working practices. Candidates are expected to work across our customer base and to predefined SLAs. Candidates are expected to manage their time efficiently, prioritise & delegate effectively and work collaborative with clients and customers to provide robust / comprehensive solutions.
