You will play a critical role at the intersection of Human Resources, technology and data strategy.

Key Experience

  • Experience in an HR analytics or People Operations role with exposure to HR data & systems optimisation.
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors, and other relevant systems.
  • Experience scoping, building, enhancing or automating talent & HR processes using AI/system workflows.
  • Confident user of data output & manipulation tools such as Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis), PowerBI etc.
  • Experience building or maintaining HR dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to interpret HR data and present clear insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting data audits and ensuring GDPR compliance.

This is a hybrid role, with a requirement of three days a week working from the client's Manchester office.
