The Role

You’ll work as part of a collaborative and fast-growing team advising clients across the Financial Services sector on a broad range of indirect tax matters. The role offers exposure to high-profile projects, senior stakeholder engagement, and genuine opportunities for progression and career development. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of client engagements, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help drive continued growth across the practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the successful delivery of complex indirect tax advisory projects
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships across Financial Services
  • Supporting business development activities and identifying new opportunities
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members through coaching and development
  • Working closely with senior leadership on team strategy and operational initiatives
  • Collaborating with specialists across tax, legal, technology, and consulting functions
  • Ensuring high-quality client service and commercially focused delivery

  • Strong experience within Indirect Tax / VAT advisory
  • Experience working with Financial Services clients is highly desirable

  • Experience leading teams and developing junior professionals
  • Business development experience or interest in growing client relationships
