A high-growth AI Insurance Startup is looking to add Senior and Staff-level Python Developers to continue building a highly ambitious product at enterprise scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Architecting the backbone of revolutionary AI systems
- Creating backend systems that deliver sub-second response times
- Guiding and mentoring an extremely strong team of engineers
- Creating robust, scalable platforms to process commercial claims faster than ever before
What they’re looking for:
- Expert Python skills with proven experience building high performing systems
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally with some insights into distributed systems and high traffic websites/applications
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile start-ups
- Some systems architecture exposure
- Performance engineering exposure
- Mentoring experience

- Background building AI/ML platforms
