Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of data-driven insights using their proprietary behavioural data.
- Build engaging, story-led outputs that power client conversations, marketing content, and industry thought leadership.
- Support business development and client retention with rich findings on trends and potential story lines.
- Manage and evolve insight delivery processes, including calendars, systems, and workflows.
Key Experience:
- Proven ability to pull and present data to various stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, executive teams).
- A strong knack for translating complex data findings into clear, understandable information that informs content creation (e.g., sales decks, marketing materials, executive presentations, press releases).
- Fresh attitude with a genuine curiosity and passion for exploring datasets.
- Sufficient technical skills to work with diverse data programs.
- Comfortable with high autonomy and the ability to proactively identify and pursue areas of data exploration.
