Role Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales, from pipeline creation through to deal closure
- Drive new business acquisition mainly, winning new enterprise logos across heavy industry and global supply chains
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving technical, commercial, and compliance buyers
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across commercial and operational functions
- Consistently develop and execute outbound strategies in target accounts
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a Senior AE with a strong new business mindset, who thrives in complex enterprise environments and is comfortable building pipeline from scratch.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven track record of delivering approximately £700K–£1M+ in annual recurring revenue against sales targets.
- Strong background in hunter-style new business development, consistently generating and closing net-new opportunities.
- Demonstrated success selling complex solutions into Carbon related industry
- Experience engaging industrial, energy, supply-chain, or sustainability-focused customers preferred.
- Comfortable managing full sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
- Ability to manage long, consultative enterprise sales cycles
Compensation
Senior Account Executive: up to £120k base OTE up to 2x base salary, uncapped commission structure
