A leading UK financial technology provider is seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Manager to join its growing client delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery professional with experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or financial services environments to take ownership of strategic customer relationships and drive successful implementations and ongoing service delivery.
As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service delivery. You'll work closely with internal delivery, product, and commercial teams to build trusted client partnerships and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery for customer implementations and ongoing engagements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior executives
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop delivery plans, timelines, and project governance
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Support commercial activities including renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
