Your Mission:
- Seamlessly onboard merchants by provisioning MIDs and configuring accounts.
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues and keep things running smoothly.
- Work across Asia Pacific, UK, MENA, and Europe!
You\’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer facing role.
- IT Diploma/Degree.
- Bonus points for card payment or CRM skills (Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Killer communication and problem-solving skills.
