Your Mission:

  • Seamlessly onboard merchants by provisioning MIDs and configuring accounts.
  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues and keep things running smoothly.
  • Work across Asia Pacific, UK, MENA, and Europe!

You\’ll Need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer facing role.
  • IT Diploma/Degree.
  • Bonus points for card payment or CRM skills (Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Killer communication and problem-solving skills.
