Customer Success Manager

Our London based Fintech client is expanding their Customer Success team and need experienced Customer Success Managers to join their team.

You'd be managing a portfolio of key customers to ensure they get the best out of the tech platform, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

They have a high-growth & high-performance team and need candidates with the following experience:

• Management of a portfolio of clients
• Software upselling/cross-selling
• Financial Services experience ideally
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to present
• 5+ years' experience in a Customer Success position

Hybrid working 3 days a week in their central London office.
