Our client is looking for a Compliance and Process Manager to join their Governance team and play a key role in supporting how they deliver exceptional software services to a wide range of clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on driving high standards, continuous improvement, and creating clear, effective ways of working. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining their existing ISO certifications and expanding them to new parts of their international business. You’ll also lead internal audits and help build better, simpler processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the business maintains their existing ISO certification set through documentation, running board level reviews, and auditing teams.
- Facilitate the certification of the international group business units to the same Quality and Information Security standards of those attained in the UK.
- Support the sales process, both early client engagement and ongoing project delivery, by providing input to tenders and due diligence of the client's process and systems.
- Regular internal auditing of existing management and delivery processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team and the company's progress.
- Work with stakeholders to shorten lines of communication and help remove impediments to the team.
Key Experience:
- Strong experience in quality management, ideally within a digital product, consultancy, or software development setting.
- Hands-on experience with ISO management systems - especially Information Security (ISO27001) and Quality (ISO 9001).
- Confidence in auditing and improving processes to support team and business success.
- Understanding of a range of software development approaches - from traditional delivery models to modern agile frameworks.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development, with an interest in staying up to date on compliance and delivery best practices.
