We are looking for an experienced Customer Delivery Manager to join our team in London on a hybrid basis.
About the Role
You’ll sit at the intersection of customer success, delivery and commercial outcomes, owning the end-to-end delivery and ongoing success of a portfolio of key clients. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver complex implementations, enhancements and in-life services, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Background within a software vendor, SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- Financial services or banking experience highly desirable; mortgage experience is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and delivery governance
- Proven ability to manage client portfolios and C-suite relationships
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- Commercial awareness, including upsell, cross-sell and renewals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex client engagements
- A genuine customer-first mindset
What You’ll Do
- Own the delivery lifecycle across a portfolio of clients
- Act as the primary client contact and build long-term partnerships
- Lead cross-functional teams and establish delivery plans, timelines and governance
- Manage risks, dependencies, costs and reporting
- Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Work with Sales and Product teams on upsell, cross-sell and renewals
- Align customer roadmaps with product strategy
