We’re partnering with a fast-growing business within the events, coaching and wellness space that is looking to hire a Telesales Manager as they continue to scale!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead from the front — daily stand-ups, live call monitoring, pipeline reviews
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing telesales team
  • Turn hot leads into closed high-ticket sales
  • Create daily urgency, discipline, and execution
  • Recruit, train, manage salespeople
  • Ensure same-day follow-up on all hot leads (speed matters)
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting
  • Build a culture where targets are hit
  • Scale from 5 agents to 15+ as performance proves out

Key Experience:

  • You’ve managed telesales teams before (not just supported them)
  • You’ve sold or managed high-ticket offers on the phone
  • You are comfortable with: Pressure, Targets, Confrontation, Accountability
  • You know how to turn average reps into closers
  • You can talk metrics, conversion rates, revenue per lead
