We’re Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR) Hybrid (3 days in office – Manchester) £28,000 – £32,000 base + £17,000 OTE (uncapped)
Looking to break into or grow your career in enterprise sales within a fast-growing fintech environment? This could be the perfect next step. We’re working with a high-growth, award-winning fintech business that’s building out its Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to work with senior stakeholders (including CFOs and C-suite leaders).
The Role
- As a BDR, you’ll focus on qualifying and progressing warm opportunities rather than cold prospecting from scratch.
- You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to:
- Engage with pre-qualified prospects and existing customers
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Qualify opportunities using a structured sales methodology (MEDDICC)
- Use modern tools (including AI) to enhance outreach and research
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in B2B sales, fintech, finance, or a related field OR a highly motivated graduate (ideally with a finance-related degree)
- Strong communication skills – articulate, credible, and confident
- A thoughtful, strategic approach to sales
- Interest in enterprise sales and engaging with senior stakeholders
