I am supporting a growing RegTech business that works closely with Tier 1 financial institutions across regulatory reporting, financial markets data, and transaction reporting challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who operates between business and technology, with experience across trade lifecycle, derivatives/swaps, and regulatory reporting environments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with both business and technical teams to shape client solutions
- Supporting regulatory / transaction reporting initiatives across the trade lifecycle
- Translating business requirements into clear data and functional outputs
- Analyzing trade and reporting data across multiple systems
- Collaborating with front office, operations, compliance, and technology teams
- Supporting delivery within a client-facing, project-driven environment
What we’re looking for:
- Experience within financial services / capital markets
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and financial products (swaps/derivatives preferred)
- Background in Business Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, Data Analysis, or Data Modelling
- Exposure to EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, transaction reporting, or broader regulatory change
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams
Nice to have:
- SQL, data mapping, or data lineage exposure
- Experience working with Tier 1 banks or consulting environments
- Knowledge of financial messaging / reporting standards
- Client-facing or consulting experience
