Our client is a global FinTech and payments organization undergoing a critical EMEA payroll transformation programme across Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. They are looking for a Senior Payroll Transformation Specialist to support a high-profile migration from ADP Streamline to ADP Celergo in Germany, alongside broader payroll transition and operational readiness initiatives across EMEA.
This is a highly visible, hands-on delivery role suited to someone who has worked within complex global payroll environments and is comfortable driving payroll transformation activity across multiple stakeholders, systems, and vendors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end payroll transition and implementation activities across EMEA
- Supporting the migration from ADP Streamline to ADP Celergo
- Managing payroll testing, UAT, parallel runs, and go-live readiness
- Performing payroll data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Supporting payroll governance, controls, and operational readiness activities
- Creating SOPs, process documentation, and transition plans
- Training payroll teams and embedding new operational processes
- Working closely with payroll providers, HR, operations, finance, and transformation teams
- Managing payroll delivery risks and ensuring smooth implementation outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Strong Germany payroll experience is essential
- Hands-on ADP Celergo experience
- Proven experience delivering payroll implementations, migrations, or transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of payroll operations, controls, compliance, and governance
- Experience working across complex multi-country payroll environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating autonomously within fast-paced transformation programmes
- Highly detail-oriented with strong reconciliation and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to work hands-on across both operational and project delivery activities
