SearchWorks is seeking an International Payroll Transition Specialist in Basildon to support a major EMEA payroll transformation programme. You will lead cross-border payroll migrations across Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, delivering end-to-end processes from planning to hypercare, and harmonising policies with HRIS and finance teams.
