SearchWorks is seeking an experienced Payroll Transition Specialist to support multiple payroll transformation projects across the EMEA region, with Basildon, UK or Dublin, Ireland as possible locations. This long-term contract role focuses on delivering successful payroll transitions and migrations.
You will lead end-to-end activities, develop test strategies, work with HR, HRIS, Finance, and external vendors, and ensure payroll controls and compliance throughout the transition.
