Hands‑on Principal Role | Build & Scale Production AI Systems
Our client is a globally recognized enterprise software company investing heavily in next‑gen AI and decision intelligence platforms used by major international organisations. This is a hands‑on Principal Architect role - not just strategy. You’ll design, build, and scale production‑grade AI systems embedded into a live enterprise product, with real impact at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering end‑to‑end GenAI architecture
- Building agentic AI systems (reasoning, orchestration, multi‑step workflows)
- Developing LLM‑powered applications (RAG, vector search, semantic layers)
- Scaling AI systems in production (performance, reliability, observability)
- Driving architecture across distributed systems, APIs, and AI platforms
- Defining best practices around evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring
- Staying hands‑on with implementation
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience building and shipping production AI/ML systems
- Strong expertise in LLMs and Generative AI applications
