What we’re looking for

You’re currently leading a paid media or performance marketing team within a fast‑paced consumer business. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on expertise and can connect marketing decisions to commercial results.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience leading and developing a performance marketing team.
  • Strong multi‑channel customer acquisition experience.
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets, with clear ownership of commercial performance.
  • A structured approach to testing and experimentation, turning insights into practical improvements.
  • Strong creative optimisation experience, including direct‑response messaging, creative testing and iteration at scale.
  • Confidence in forecasting, budget pacing and translating performance data into clear recommendations.
  • The ability to move quickly, prioritise effectively and work closely with stakeholders across the business.

Highly desirable

  • Experience with Northbeam or similar attribution platforms.
  • Experience designing or running incrementality tests.
  • A track record of launching channels such as connected TV, digital out‑of‑home, influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
  • Experience in gaming, competitions or regulated consumer environments.
  • A strong understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing.
  • App acquisition experience.

Why join?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a significant performance marketing programme, develop a team and influence the next stage of growth. You’ll have scope to test new ideas, shape creative strategy and build a more effective acquisition engine.
