I’m currently working with a high-growth technology company that is transforming the way goods move through the last-mile delivery network. They’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of how courier performance is measured and improved, working closely with Product, Operations, Engineering and Data Science teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and evolve performance management analytics
- Design and analyse experiments to measure what actually works
- Analyse complex operational problems and identify key performance levers
- Build risk scores, segmentation and performance frameworks
- Partner with Product, Ops and Engineering to shape the analytics roadmap
- Turn data into decisions that have a direct impact on daily operations
What they’re looking for:
- Strong, advanced SQL skills
- Experience with experimentation / A/B testing
- Strong analytical problem-solving and commercial thinking
- Experience with product, operational or performance analytics
- Comfortable working autonomously and influencing non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to take ownership of a problem from analysis through to implementation
