Oracle HCM Managed Services Consultant (Functional/Technical)
Looking for an experienced Oracle HCM professional with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise across Oracle HCM and Payroll.
- UK | Fully remote (occasional client travel)
- Role: Managed Services & Project Delivery
- Salary dependent on experience
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) within the last 5 years
- Strong experience in Oracle Payroll
- A predominantly technical profile - approximately 60% technical / 40% functional
- Technical experience with PL/SQL, Workflow, XML Publisher and OAF
- Strong Oracle HCM and Payroll knowledge, particularly Core HR and Employee & Manager Self Service
- Experience resolving incidents, supporting BAU operations and delivering system enhancements
- Understanding of ITIL-based support, SLAs and customer service
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
NB. Must be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance

Experience within a managed services environment would be advantageous. ITIL v3 certification is a bonus.
