This client is one of Europes renowned Solar companies, started early 2000’s they focus on developing and delivering high-quality large-scale turnkey PV plants worldwide. The company creates business in more than 45 countries and has realised plants with a total rated capacity of over 1.15 GWp worldwide. Within this, A team of installers, alongside Civils, HSE, Grid, and logistics supervisors, you will look after the coordination of sub-contractors on site. Responsibilities * Monitoring and controlling all site mechanical and electrical installation activities * Coordination of subcontractors and their site activities * Monitoring and control of deadlines, costs and quality and HSE aspects of the installation works * Assisting the Site Manager with conflict and claims management * Quality control and testing of the mechanical installation works * Addressing mechanical works technical issues in coordination with the Site Manager * Reporting and document administration * Organising acceptance tests and creating punch lists * Construction risks identification, troubleshooting and problem solving * Logistics, material acceptance and material handover to the contractors * Reporting to Site Manager Requirements * An academic degree/training in the area of engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical or industrial) and/or equivalent experience * At least 1 year of work experience in the solar photovoltaics area, BESS or sub stations is a must * Strong communication skills – systematic organizational approach * Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders * Familiar with the process of procurement, construction and logistics of investment projects * Technical understanding * Contract management experience * English (excellent command) * Willingness to travel and work from the project sites *paid for expenses and lodgings for periods on site
