The company creates business in more than 50 countries and has realized plants with a total rated capacity of over 1.5 GWp worldwide. Role and Responsibilities The EPC and O&M HSSE Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring HSSE programs and systems across their EPC and O&M business. This position will provide leadership and coordination for overall EPC and O&M management, as well as for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with local HSE regulations and HSSE standards. Ensuring compliance with applicable Health, Safety, social, and environmental regulations and standards across EPC and O&M business. Developing, Implementing and managing HSSE programs in EPC and O&M. Identification and selection of HSSE consultants. Coordinate with the EPC and O&M management team, the corporate ESG department and corporate HSSE on the effectiveness of the HSSE and ESG processes in construction and operational assets. Performing Site HSSE audits/inspections as required. Recording, making analysis and reporting on HSSE and ESG metrics. Preparing, maintaining and advancing Operational HSSE tools, templates, plans etc. in coordination with the Head of EPC and O&M HSSE and the EPC and O&M management team. HSSE Qualification, assessing, managing contractors/subcontractors. Identification local occupational health & safety, social, and environmental regulations and standards in countries with their EPC and O&M activities (based on agreement with Head of EPC and O&M HSSE). Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the HSSE programs on site. Incident investigation management. Emergency preparedness management. PPE management. HSSE training management. Developing, and keeping effective and supportive relations with internal and external stakeholders. Act as the point of escalation for local EPC and O&M HSSE issues. Requirements Technical degree, or relevant studies in the HSE field 3yrs experience in Construction and/or O&M Energy utility projects 3 yrs experience on-site HSE supervisor/HSE officer/HSE manager 3yrs managing group of HSE supervisors/HSE officers Audit/inspection experience as an Internal auditor (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
