***MSDynamicsSME-London(2daysaweek)-upto£70K*** WearecurrentlyrecruitingforanorganisationwithintheUtilitiesspacewhoarelookingforaDynamicsSMEtojointhem.TheycurrentlyhaveanumberofMSDynamicsbasedsystems(CRMandERP)andarenowlookingforsomeonewithdeepsystemsunderstandingtohelpthemworkthroughabacklogofrequiredsystemschanges.Youwillberesponsiblefor: AssessandanalyseexistingMSDynamicssystems,understandingarchitecture,workflows,andintegrationpoints. WorkwithinternalstakeholdersandtheProductOwnertogather,document,andvalidatedetailedrequirementsforsystemchanges. Translatebusinessrequirementsintotechnicalspecifications,ensuringalignmentwithindustrystandardsandbestpractices. DesigntechnicalsolutionsthatincorporateAPIintegrations,environmentmanagementpractices,androbustsecurityframeworks. CollaboratewithdevelopersandotherITteamstoimplementapprovedchanges,providingguidanceandoversightduringthedevelopmentphase. Ensurethedocumentationofsystemchanges,architectures,andprocesses,makingthemaccessibleandunderstandabletotechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders. YouwillrequireathoroughunderstandingofD365solutions,withtheabilitytoworkinternallyand3rdpartiestodrivechange.Whilstyouwillneedtobeabletoproducetechnicalspecificationsinlinewithbusinessneed,youwillneedtointerfacewithpartnerstodesigntechnicalsolutions.
