Business Information Security Officer

*** BISO – Manchester (Hybrid) – up to £90K + package *** We are currently recruiting for a well known, enterprise organisation who are looking to add a BISO to their existing function. This is a relationship driven position, where you\’ll bridge the gap between your business function and the CISO office, to drive forward security initiatives. Key skills: Proactively develop and maintain regular relationship engagement with business senior leadership Gain a deep understanding of business teams strategy, maturity, operations, priorities and pressures, and ensure the appropriate security teams are engaged. Management of security projects and security hygiene sprints Assisting with identification and management of information security risk areas eg: vulnerabilities, control deficiencies etc Taking data and translating into a relatable, digestible, creative form to use with business teams Guide business teams on navigating security assessment processes and teams.
