Digital & Product Consultancy | Full-time – (Hybrid, 2 days a week in Central Birmingham Office)
I am recruiting for a Senior Client Services Partner to lead high-value client relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure digital and product initiatives deliver long-term business value.
You’ll act as the senior client advocate—owning account health, NPS, growth, and commercial performance—while partnering with delivery and leadership teams to create a seamless, high-impact client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategic and commercial success of multiple complex client accounts (£500k+).
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and expand influence across client organisations.
- Shape success measures, align delivery to business outcomes, and ensure governance across engagements.
- Identify, qualify, and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead onboarding, escalation, and offboarding processes with clarity and professionalism.
- Partner with delivery, project management, and department heads to maximise long-term value beyond current SOWs.
- Champion continuous improvement and mentor emerging leaders.
About you
- Senior client-facing experience in a digital, technology, or product-focused agency/consultancy.
- Proven commercial accountability for complex, high-value programmes.
- Comfortable working across multiple delivery models and stakeholder groups.
- Strong commercial, strategic, and relationship leadership skills.
