An exciting opportunity for a Product Analyst to help shape meaningful digital products for enterprise clients. You will sit at the intersection of product, business analysis, and delivery, working closely with client Product Owners and stakeholders to validate assumptions, define requirements, and drive measurable outcomes. You will support discovery, create clear and actionable backlogs, and help guide delivery through agile practices, ensuring the product grows in value over time.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support and lead discovery: workshops, interviews, journey mapping, problem definition
  • Translate insight into epics/user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Own and manage the backlog, keeping the team focused on value
  • Support agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, decisions, risks, and trade-offs
  • Align product direction with technical constraints and long-term sustainability
  • Define and track KPIs, using results to shape the roadmap

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in a hybrid role such as Product Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Owner / Service Designer
  • Strong discovery and structured problem-solving skills
  • Confident writing requirements for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working in agile delivery environments
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of digital products (workflows, usability, APIs, data)
