We are seeking a skilled and Western-qualified

Specialist Cardiac Anesthesiologist to provide expert anesthesia care for patients undergoing complex cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for perioperative management, advanced anesthesia techniques, critical care support, and ensuring optimal patient safety throughout the surgical journey.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cardiac anesthesia, advanced monitoring techniques, and multidisciplinary collaboration with cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and surgical teams.

  • Provide specialized anesthesia care for cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgical procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Administer general and regional anesthesia while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Manage anesthesia for complex cardiac surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacement procedures, and other major cardiac interventions.
  • Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring and perioperative management.
  • Manage intraoperative complications and provide appropriate clinical interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide post-operative anesthesia care and support in cardiac intensive care settings.
  • Participate in emergency surgical procedures and critical care management when required.
  • Ensure accurate anesthesia documentation and compliance with clinical protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and departmental development programs.
