Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days a week with the team in the Leeds or Chester office.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the performance of digital channels, leveraging data and insights to optimize campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
2. Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across channels such as SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and display.
3. Strategically manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI.
4. Develop marketing decisions aligned with business goals through thorough market research and analysis.
5. Infuse creativity to elevate brand presence.
6. Work closely with Senior Stakeholders across the business, particularly in Europe.
7. Maintain hands-on involvement with the execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in B2B, SaaS digital platforms, B2B retail, or Fintech marketing.
2. Strong strategic thinking and hands-on digital expertise.
3. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
4. Digital marketing team leadership experience.
5. Strong B2B digital marketing knowledge, particularly in lead generation.
6. EMEA experience is desirable.
