This is a solid British SME manufacturing business working with the likes of Aerospace, Boeing and Rolls Royce. Being experts and leaders in their field, they are in a strong position to grow over the next 5 years and are expanding the marketing team.

This Marketing Executive role works across a good variety of sectors from Aerospace, Automobile, Marine, Engineering, Pharma and more. Their market spans across Europe.

They are looking for this role to join the Digital Marketing Manager to evolve their marketing strategy and presence across a good variety of channels. The focus of the role is SEO and compelling copywriting across social media and email campaigns. All content will be adapted for international audiences with support from a trusted translation agency to ensure consistent messaging across markets.

Developing strategies with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will execute SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings across UK, US, FR and GER websites. This includes conducting keyword research, optimising on-page SEO, and tracking performance metrics.

Good copywriting is also key, as their clients cover a lot of sectors and topics. The role will support integrated PR campaigns tailoring content to various markets across social and email channels.

Experience with CRM tools, content creation (using Photoshop, Canva, or InDesign) and paid media experience with LinkedIn ads and Meta would be very desirable. Relevant training to progress skills is also provided.

They are also looking for experience analysing campaign performance and generating reports with actionable insights. The Marketing team has a research element, to understand their markets to inform marketing strategy, as well as research to technically understand their products in order to market them well.

The small, very collaborative and nurturing marketing team work closely with the Sales Team to continue the company’s continued success. This is a solid company and long-term career move to evolve and grow the marketing function of a successful business.
