Digital Market Executive. (PPC focused). 30-36k. Hybrid. 2 days a week with the marketing team and creative studio in the Leeds office. This is a corporation with a US turnover of 22 billion and a European turnover of 9 billion. However, this is no legacy business, nor corporate culture environment. The marketing team has more of a marketing agency culture, but client-side – best of both worlds. This company is an enterprise, modern business environment, with product areas in next generation SaaS digital platforms to green tech, and much more. 14 business areas in the company operating throughout Europe. Strong ethics in the future of industry. If you’re looking for the client-side move but a marketing agency culture, this Digital Marketing Executive role offers the advantages and brilliance of both.
Ideally looking for B2B, SaaS digital platform, B2B retail or Fintech marketing experience.
The PPC / Digital Marketing Executive role works with a very personable Digital Marketing Lead in the central Marketing and Creative Design team. The role is broad in terms of channels you'll be working across long term, which is great career-wise; you'll not be siloed to a certain digital marketing discipline. However, in the initial instance, they are particularly looking for someone from a strong PPC background.
Specifically, the role will:
- Build, manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including Search, Display and Performance.
- Set up and manage paid social campaigns across Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy and help understand competitor paid activity.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, Quality Score) using Google Analytics, Google Ads reporting, Looker Studio or similar.
You'll also work on wider multi-channel campaigns (digital, CRM, CMS, social etc.) and will need a good sense of how PPC fits in. They are looking for strategic understanding of turning insight into action to drive measurable improvements.
The Creative Team is also part of this marketing team - digital designers, motion graphics, social content creators and copywriters. This is an agency vibe, varied opportunity, not really for someone used to long processes and procedures to evolve and implement strategy. Good B2B digital marketing knowledge is also desirable.
Please send your CV to me, Graham, with a view to being briefed further on the European Marketing Director's insights and the PPC / Digital Marketing Executive JD – and on this varied global company. Many thanks, Graham.
