Senior Digital Recruiter at searchparty digital Ltd Hybrid. 2/3 days a week with the wider marketing team and creative digital studio in the Leeds office. Some travel to onsite events. This is a B2B creative brand strategy planning and campaign managing role.
The role works within a marketing agency‑style culture that is client‑side, offering the best of both worlds. As the Digital Marketing Lead you will craft creative, execute strategies that boost brand awareness, and engage customers across digital channels.
You will collaborate with a 50‑person marketing team, including directors, managers and executives, and work closely with a creative and design studio of copywriters, content creators, video/animators, designers and a multi‑channel digital marketing team. You will maintain the brand’s identity, tone of voice, and messaging to resonate with the B2B target audience, driving engagement through industry events, blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and more.
The Digital Marketing Manager will also be involved in industry events across the UK, coordinating with the events team to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications- Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Data‑ and insights‑informed creative ideation and planning across all digital channels and events.
- Hands‑on experience managing, optimising and analysing digital campaigns across CRM/email, paid social, SEO and PPC.
- Creative campaign strategy and planning for integrated brand‑led campaigns.
- Experience with influencer marketing, working with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors.
- Bonus: Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposure.
