Hybrid: 2‐3 days a week in the Leeds office with the marketing team and creative digital studio. We are a European‐wide, 2,500‐person enterprise in next‐generation SaaS, green tech, and more, with a U.S. turnover of $22 billion and a European turnover of $9 billion. The marketing culture is agency‐style but client‐side, offering both flexibility and structure.
Responsibilities
- Own the CRM function, driving measurable commercial impact through personalised marketing campaigns and engagement journeys across a brand portfolio.
- Lead B2B email campaigns, journeys, dynamic content and automated programmes for product brands.
- Roll out initiatives across UK & EU markets, aligning CRM best practices with U.S. colleagues.
- Conduct regular A/B testing of subject lines, content, send times and journey logic to continuously improve performance.
- Manage audience data, list hygiene and subscriber management.
- Champion AI exploration within CRM & marketing.
- Produce regular performance reports providing clear insight into marketing performance and channel contribution to commercial targets.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and owning the CRM function.
- Experience in B2B environments with familiarity in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Data Cloud) and how CRM data connects to marketing execution.
- Knowledge of AMPscript for dynamic content personalisation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
