Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM function, creating and executing personalized marketing campaigns and engagement journeys across the brand portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Head of CRM and Marketing Leads for various business brands to roll out initiatives across UK & EU markets, aligning CRM best practice with US colleagues.
  • Support product brands with B2B email campaigns, journeys, dynamic content and automated programmes.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times and journey logic, translating results into continuous improvement.
  • Manage audience data, list hygiene and subscriber management.
  • Champion AI exploration to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Produce regular performance reports, providing clear insight into marketing performance and channel contribution to commercial targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including owning CRM function and driving measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong background in B2B email marketing, dynamic content, and automated programmes.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, data analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Data Cloud) and understanding of how CRM data connects to marketing execution.
  • Familiarity with AMPscript for dynamic content personalisation.
  • Analytical thinker capable of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in a B2B environment and ability to work across multiple brands and markets.
