Experiential Senior Producer.

5 month contract. (To perm).

50-55k annually.

Asap start.

3 days a week at the central London office, plus on-site installation visits.

This creative studio environment is coming up to 5 years of vibrant experiential activations.

They work direct with brands, which are particularly very current, switched-on brands, as well as with major top listed advertising and PR agencies, working on their big brand, house-hold name client projects.

Working as the agency’s experiential partner.

So far they have remained very small, tight-knit team of Creative Direction and Operations Management, with an extensive list of contract creatives, 3D designers, content creators, and event producers.

Their momentum has snow-balled, they need a Senior Producer to start asap with a view to going perm.

You’ll be the operational engine behind client work.

As Senior Producer you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of experiential activations.

You’ll turn briefs into winning proposals and run the events.

You’ll be the connective tissue between founders, creative teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring they punch above their weight on every project.

They are looking for client management; day to day contact, arranging and running debriefs, meeting prep, stakeholder updates.

Experience with scoping, quoting and SOWs and briefing in creative and coordinating production.

Experience with supplier sourcing and production planning; timelines, documentation – such as Risk Assessment & Method Statements for events, H&S forms, booking power for Ex Cel event, booking technical drawings.

You’ll be tailoring proposals from existing components and relationship-building with existing clients beyond project delivery.

They are looking for a really personable, strong communicator, not phased with big budgets/scales and with good humour.
