Searchlight is seeking a qualified finance leader to drive end-to-end financial operations across a global IP-licensing business.
You will oversee a finance team, manage all core accounting processes and ensure timely reporting and compliance with UK GAAP (FRS102).
You will lead month-end and year-end close, streamline controls, and guide the preparation of management accounts, budgets and P&Ls, while supporting automation to improve efficiencies.
