THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading corporate film production company, specialising in high-quality content for brands and governments worldwide.

THE ROLE
You will play a key role in all operations by overseeing schedules, managing resources and supporting teams across various projects.

  • Manage scheduling and resourcing for full-time and freelance staff, ensuring smooth workflows across all projects.
  • Collaborate with Executive Producers to assess upcoming work and assign the right teams.
  • Work with Executive Producers on production budgeting.
  • Monitor budgets and schedules, allowing projects to stay on track and within budget through cost tracking, budget checks and approval processes.
  • Ensure all timesheets are completed, submitted, and signed off; monitor project costs against budgets.
  • Oversee freelance and runner recruitment, maintaining a strong talent pool.
  • Support team wellbeing through regular check-ins, mentoring, and involvement in performance reviews.

THE PERSON
With previous experience in resource management or production management role within a corporate production company or creative agency, you will have a solid understanding of production workflows, especially around scheduling and budgeting. You will not only be highly organised and proactive, but also deeply people-focused and have the ability to stay calm and confident while juggling changing priorities.
